Each of our pendants are custom made and engraved to order, to allow each customer the option to custom engrave their pendant.

This process can take 2-3 weeks to complete. If you haven’t received your tracking number after this timeframe, please feel free to reach out, and we will be happy to provide it or check the status of your order for any potential delays.

    Personalized engraving for each pendant

    Each of our pendants can be custom engraved just for you! Let us know if you want to add a special message on the back of your pendant. 

    Order tracking and updates

    Once your custom pendant has been created and shipped, we will provide tracking details . If you haven't received your tracking number after the expected timeframe, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

    Returns

    1What is your returns policy?
    We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. However, personalized and engraved items cannot be returned unless there is an error or defect. If you need to return a non-personalized item, the customer covers return shipping.
    2What are the costs to return an item?
    Return shipping costs vary depending on your location and carrier. We recommend using registered mail for returns, as we cannot be held liable for lost packages.
    3Is it possible to exchange items?
    We do not offer direct exchanges on personalized items. If you need a different product or size, please follow our return process and place a new order.
    4When can I expect my refund?
    Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
