Orders and Shipping
All our jewellery is handcrafted with care, and delivery times depend on your location.
International Orders:
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days, depending on customs and local couriers.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

We will send you a tracking number once it has reached the final courier company in your destination country.
No, we do not store any credit card or payment information on our servers.
All tax is included in the prices.
We ship to all countries, except those that may be facing difficulty with courier services (e.g. your country is at war)
Yes, if you have ordered more than one item then they will all arrive at the same time in one package.

If production has not begun on your order (normally on the 2nd working day after placing your order) we will happily change or refund your order.
All our pendants are custom made to go, so we will never be “sold out” of a specific thing.
