4How do I take care of my necklace?
Our necklaces are made from high-quality 316L stainless steel, plated in real 18k gold or platinum. While they are designed to resist fading even when exposed to water, sweat, or heat, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water to maintain their beauty over time.
5Will my necklace look exactly like the website photos?
Each piece is unique, and slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting during photography or differences in screen displays. These minor differences add to the charm and uniqueness of your handmade jewelry.
6My purchased item is damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry that your item arrived damaged. Please contact us immediately for a solution. Do not send the item back without contacting us first.

After placing your order, it typically takes 7-10 working days for production, followed by 6-10 working days for shipping, depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once it ships.
2Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately. We’ll check the status, and if production hasn’t started, changes may be possible.
3I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email after placing your order, check your spam folder. If it's not there, please contact us.
4What are the shipping costs?
