1Pick your material.
Our pendants either come in 18k Plaited gold, or platinum plaited silver.
2Pick your chain length
All pendants are available in from 40cm/16" to 60cm/24"
3Customize back engraving
Add a Custom Back Engraving: Make your piece even more memorable by adding a custom message on the back. This personal touch turns your jewelry into a unique keepsake that captures your most heartfelt emotions and cherished memories. 1: This can be any short bit of text, a short personal message, words of affirmation, your favorite bible verse or a meaningful prayer. 2. Estimated delivery: 12th of January ~ 17th of January

Once we have received your order, we will do our best to ship it as soon as possible. The average creation and fulfillment time is 7-10 business days because we create our products one by one to ensure the highest possible quality.

  • When your item is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.
  • Shipping time is location dependent, but normally varies between 7-10 working days.

Returns

Return Period: Customers may return items within a specific time frame, such as 30 days, from the delivery date.

Condition of Item: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Custom Producs: Since Jesus at Heart offers custom-engraved pendants, personalized items may only be eligible for return if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number would be required for processing the return.

Refund Method: Refunds could be offered to the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchanges: An exchange may be granted if a client receives the incorrect product.
